India has a federal parliamentary democracy. The president is the head of state and the prime minister is the head of government. The prime minister has the actual executive power. The actual leader got his position from the president electoral college. The prime minister is the head of majority legislative branch. the citizens vote for the legislature. They are free.
China
Has a fake republic and is lead by the communist party. Their president (dictator) is chosen by National People's Congress(NPC) . The Premier (prime minister) is head of the ruling party (communist party). The president has actual executive power. The NPC voted the leader to get his power. The citizens elect people the NPC. It is not free.
Japan
Japan is a constitutional monarchy with a parliamentary system. The emperor is the head of state and the prime minister is the head of government. The prime minister has actual power. The emperor inherits his power but the prime minister is chosen by the Diet and the emperor gives him a blessing. The citizens vote for the members of the Diet. It is free.
